why can't I finish WIPs?

well...
1. i'm lazy
2. lazy...
3. okay I'm not lazy I just don't get to go online but for a couple of hours late at night... and check on several of the websites that I visit often... and contemplate either finishing WIPs or creating new art... or playing on PS2 or PSP...

so yeah... my schedules basically packed... then I try to pack everything else into my couple hours of free-time.
